The onsen at Heiseikan Kaiyo-Tei was a truly rejuvenating experience. The indoor and outdoor baths offered breathtaking views and the relaxing atmosphere was just what I needed. The staff took care of all my needs and the buffet-style meals were delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

I had a great experience at this luxury hotel. The check-in process was smooth, thanks to the helpful staff who provided a language translation service. They used an iPad with an app that offered over 10 languages, including English. I was impressed when a Japanese-English translator appeared on the screen, allowing me to communicate easily. The onsen was a highlight of my stay, especially the outdoor baths. I heard that the female outdoor onsen had a stunning sea view, and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
I highly recommend this hotel.

I really loved the stunning view from the 9th floor and the spacious rooms at this hotel. The large bath was definitely worth mentioning as well. The buffet-style food was superb, with so many choices available. I appreciated the excellent service from the friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond, even arranging for an in-room massage that exceeded my expectations. The onsen on the rooftop was a highlight, with a beautiful view to enjoy while soaking.
Nothing not too like.

The hotel had a great onsen experience, with both indoor and outdoor baths. The outdoor onsen offered stunning views and was very enjoyable. The food was also very good, with a buffet style selection and a large variety of options. The hotel's location was very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and close proximity to sightseeing attractions.
The rooms were a bit small and felt a little worn out. the bathroom was cramped and uncomfortable.

We arrived at a hotel with a large lobby and cozy lounge area. Our room, though a bit on the small side, had a comfortable tatami mat floor and a low table with tea and cookies. the staff was attentive, providing a tablet with a language translator to help with communication. the buffet dinner had plenty of variety and the onsen had a nice view.
The bathrooms were quite small, making it difficult to move around.

Enjoyed my business trip stay at a local Japanese themed hotel. the spacious lobby and relaxing lounge area were welcoming. the hot spring experience was great, with both indoor and outdoor options. the view from the outdoor onsen was fantastic.
The bathroom in the room was quite small and cramped, making it challenging to move around. It would have been more comfortable to use the hot springs to bathe instead.
